During Minecon 2019 Studio Mojang announced, that AR-game Minecraft Earth will be available in Early Access in October.

Mojang is planning to first launch in several countries and to expand the list of countries until the end of the year. The same applies to content — the company plans to expand the number of available functions until the spring of 2020.

In Minecraft Earth the player will walk on a schematic map, similar to Pokemon GO and collect her resources, tapaya on all monks within a radius of six meters. In places like playgrounds are so-called adventure, where you have to destroy enemies in an augmented reality-based ARCore and ARKit.

Resources can later be spent on building something, for example, on the desktop or directly on the street and share the result with other players using special links.
