Minecraft’s real-time ray-tracing effects will soon appear in Minecraft to enhance a number of graphics elements, including shadows, lighting, and reflections.

A representative of Nvidia told PCGamesN that the company plans to achieve 60k / s performance at 1080p in Minecraft RTX on the GeForce RTX 2060 graphics card.

The question remains as to which graphic settings of the RTX effects are used in order to achieve the stated performance. Nvidia also did not specify whether it is a stable 60k / s or is this an average performance value.

Minecraft RTX will appear in 2020.
